"We enjoyed our short overnight stay here. The area in general had the most English speaking workers we have seen so far in PR. We loved Bananas and Lazy jacks. Caracas (Red Beach) was so beautiful!"

"Great stay! The beds were very comfortable, rooms clean, and the breakfast was more substantial than the prior reviews stated (hard boiled eggs, whole fruit, pastries, make-your-own oatmeal, juices, and good quality coffee). We were grateful, since the breakfast was one reason we chose to stay there---and protein-packed breakfast is desired. They also offered beach towels and chairs. One note: The roosters on/around the property cry at all hours of the night (e.g., 10:30 pm, 2:00 am, 3:30 am). My husband and I are light sleepers, so this was a bit hard. BUT, we had noise throughout our entire PR vacation at different locations (frogs, dogs, crazy birds) in San Juan, Luquillo, etc--so be prepared with whatever you need to sleep well, if you're a light sleeper like us. Overall, I highly recommend Sea Gate for a "local" bed and breakfast experience. Thank you, Ms. Penny, for your care and kindness."

"Beautiful setting, serene location, quiet. The design is minimalist and the spaces are open to nature. Sleep with a view of the stars and the soothing sounds of wildlife all around. Wake up to the morning sunrise and view of green Vieques nature and ocean in the distance. Great place to unwind and relax! "
